About The Position
R.A.S Logistics, a leader in final home delivery, is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate. The role supports warehouse operations and delivery preparation, with a focus on safety, teamwork, product quality, and customer satisfaction. The position involves receiving, handling, organizing, and preparing inventory for outbound delivery.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver items weighing up to 100 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment and safety procedures.
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Receive and unload inventory using proper equipment, including a pallet jack and hand tools.
- Inspect orders before delivery to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stage delivery routes for drivers.
- Process and maintain receiving and inventory paperwork.
- Scan, pull, and prepare inventory for outbound loads.
- Safely lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing 10–100 lbs on a regular basis.
