About The Position

OnTrac is hiring seasonal package handlers to help move packages through its warehouse during the holiday season. This active, hands-on role involves working with a team to unload, sort, move, and load packages safely and efficiently. The seasonal assignment runs from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027, with potential consideration for available permanent positions after the assignment ends; continued employment is not guaranteed. The position is part-time, with multiple shift options from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Typical shifts are approximately five hours, though end times may vary based on package volume and business needs. The role is located at 7400 W Buckeye Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85043. Pay is $19.00 per hour, plus a $1.00-per-hour weekend differential incentive. Overtime pay is provided consistent with applicable law. Seasonal bonus eligibility, amount, and payment requirements may vary by location and assignment, and additional terms may apply.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for action.
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
