About The Position

Ferguson Integrated Supply, a division of Ferguson, is seeking a Warehouse Associate at a customer site in Dover, New Jersey. The role supports the organization by managing supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory, and ensuring timely delivery. The associate also works directly with customers and colleagues to provide outstanding service while following safety regulations and company Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements. The position is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan.

Requirements

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Commitment to company compliance and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
Ability to regularly lift objects weighing more than 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in manufacturing and inventory operations.
Previous industry experience.

Responsibilities

Monitor, order, stock, and transport supplies and/or equipment for the organization.
Ensure timely delivery of stock and inventory as needed.
Maintain storeroom inventory levels and arrange timely removal of expired products.
Investigate and troubleshoot inventory issues and problems.
Maintain accurate inventory tracking records.
Minimize stock expiration by following stock rotation guidelines.
Engage regularly with customers and provide outstanding service, interacting professionally with clinicians, administrators, colleagues, and vendors.
Follow all safety regulations, including correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 pounds.
