About The Position

Wesco is hiring an entry-level Warehouse Associate to perform warehouse and distribution tasks. The role includes receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, and general maintenance of assigned areas. Wesco provides training and development opportunities and educational assistance to support career growth.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No experience is required; one year of warehouse operations experience is preferred. A high school degree or equivalent is preferred.

Requirements

• Basic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods.
• Willingness to operate warehouse equipment, including power equipment.

Nice To Haves

• High school degree or equivalent.
• One year of warehouse operations experience.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks.
• Cut wire and perform light assembly.
• Maintain assigned areas.
• Complete log sheets and handle inbound shipments.
• Verify supplier returns and enter order receipts.
• Relocate and consolidate material.
• Prepare and assemble packing lists.
• Pack, label, wrap, and load outbound trucks.
