About The Position

Imperial Brady is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Milford, Connecticut. The role supports warehouse operations by selecting and locating merchandise, fulfilling customer orders using pick tickets or an RF scanner, building pallets efficiently, and ensuring skids reach the correct locations or trucks. Duties also include loading and unloading trucks and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse. The position is full-time on the night shift, Monday through Friday, from 4:30 p.m. until finish.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• At least 1 year of high-volume order selecting experience.
• At least 1 year of experience using a ride-on electric pallet jack.
• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds comfortably and without assistance.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming material orders and pick tickets.
• Locate materials on warehouse shelves.
• Place materials on an order picker, forklift, or pallet jack.
• Deliver items to the loading area to be wrapped and placed on a delivery truck.
• Unload trucks.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Fulfill customer orders using pick tickets or an RF scanner, build pallets efficiently, and bring skids to the correct locations or trucks.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
