About The Position
Pool and Spa Depot is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support its warehouse operations. The role involves receiving and organizing inventory, preparing customer orders, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. The position offers compensation of $14 to $18 per hour, along with medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), life insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts. Requirements
- Previous forklift experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory efficiently.
- Attention to detail when packing orders and accounting for products.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude, good problem-solving skills, and ability to address challenges.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift and move products as required.
- Commitment to following workplace safety practices and procedures.
- Availability to work weekends and overtime as needed during peak season.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and store merchandise while maintaining accurate inventory.
- Prepare customer orders for delivery, ensuring items are securely packed and ready on time.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily goals and warehouse efficiency.
- Follow established safety practices to help maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
