The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately pulling raw materials to support production, receiving and properly storing incoming materials, and preparing outbound orders in accordance with customer specifications and company standards.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), ERP systems, and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrates safe, clean work habits and the ability to handle large volumes of liquid and raw materials.
  • Basic math skills required, including multiplication, division, and the ability to convert measurements; familiarity with the metric system preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift certification is strongly preferred; Hazmat certification a plus (training provided).
  • Experience using warehouse and material handling equipment preferred, including forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, and walk-behind), freight elevators, drum handling equipment, scales, gauges, wrenches, and ladders.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret customer orders; accurately pick and pull products from inventory.
  • Enter and maintain data in the ERP system with a high level of accuracy.
  • Pack products according to customer specifications and company standards.
  • Stack cartons on pallets, shrink-wrap, and apply proper labeling/placarding.
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound freight, including trucks and tank wagons.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
  • Assist with housekeeping activities, including the safe handling and disposal of hazardous waste. Training for hazardous waste disposal will be provided initially by Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or a supervisor, with annual refresher training conducted by the EHS department.
  • Comply with all company quality standards, safety policies, and work rules.
  • Clean, maintain, and properly store equipment after use.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
