About The Position

The Warehouse Associate performs material-handling duties in a warehouse, including loading and unloading trucks, processing orders, managing inventory, and handling receiving and shipping activities in accordance with company policies and procedures. The role may include occasional deliveries to job sites or customers and requires adherence to safety procedures. This is a safety-sensitive position with local travel of less than 25%.

Requirements

Minimum age of 18.
Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
Forklift certification.
Strong math skills.
Ability to stand for up to 8–10 hours to perform job-related tasks.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Load and unload installers’ trucks and follow Load In / Load Out policies.
Pull and assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness, restock and label vendor products, maintain displays, move and replenish materials, and conduct daily cycle counts.
Receive and unload inbound materials, process inbound shipments, stock materials, process customer returns, and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
Maintain, clean, and organize the facility, including sweeping and trash removal.
Receive and inspect incoming material orders from approved vendors.
Count inventory, store it in an orderly and accessible manner, inspect stock for wear or defects, and report issues to supervision.
Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage and breakage.
Make occasional deliveries to job sites or customers.
Perform other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
