About The Position

Grove Collaborative is hiring Warehouse Associates for their Elizabethtown Fulfillment Center. This is a temp-to-hire position with available shifts including full-time weekdays (Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm), part-time weekdays (Monday-Thursday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm), and part-time weekends (Friday-Sunday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm). Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Legally able to work in the United States.
Willing to submit a background check report.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, on a continual basis for shifts of 10 hours or longer per day.
Ability to push/pull carts and lift, pull or push up to 50 lbs. during a shift.
Ability to reach above shoulder level frequently.
Willingness to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures vary with the seasons.
Willingness to work around equipment, forklifts, large trucks, and loud noise.

Responsibilities

Unload containers of product from trucks in the Inbound area of the warehouse.
Be trained to work in either the picking or packing production areas.
Meet daily performance goals and targets for customer orders using an RF scanner when in picking or packing positions.
Pack customer orders quickly, securely, and efficiently.
Label boxes for shipping using a computer.
Help maintain an organized and clean warehouse.
Comply with OSHA and other safety regulations.
Follow company guidelines regarding work.
