About The Position

Grove Collaborative is hiring Warehouse Associates for their Elizabethtown Fulfillment Center. This is a temp-to-hire position with available shifts for full-time and part-time employees. Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Legally able to work in the United States
Willing to submit a background check report
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, on a continual basis for shifts of 10 hours or longer per day
Ability to push/pull carts
Ability to lift, pull or push up to 50 lbs. during a shift
Ability to reach above shoulder level frequently
Willing to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures vary with the seasons
Willing to work around equipment, forklifts, large trucks, and loud noise

Responsibilities

Unload containers of product from trucks in the Inbound area of the warehouse
Be trained in either the picking or packing production areas
Meet daily performance goals and targets for customer orders using an RF scanner or computer
Pack customer orders quickly, securely, and efficiently
Label boxes for shipping
Help maintain an organized and clean warehouse
Comply with OSHA and other safety regulations
Follow company guidelines regarding work
