About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to join its warehouse operations team in Romulus, Michigan. The role contributes to warehouse operations by unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for delivery. The position emphasizes safety, quality, teamwork, and following site management direction. Work is approximately four days per week, totaling 16–20 hours, with hours that may vary based on business needs. Shifts begin at 3:00 a.m. and continue until 8:30 a.m. or until the sort and required cleanup are complete.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to remain on your feet while working.
• Be able to work in heat and cold as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Work cooperatively with the team to complete warehouse tasks.
