About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to join its warehouse operations team in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse by working safely, maintaining quality, and supporting a productive work environment. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for delivery. Teamwork is important, as employees work together to complete daily operations.

This is a part-time position with variable days, approximately 4–5 days per week and 20–25 hours total. Shift hours are 3:00 AM–8:30 AM or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management. The pay rate is $18.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to stay on your feet while working.
• Be able to work in heat and cold as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
