About The Position
The Warehouse Associate works in Capstone’s cold storage facility in North Las Vegas, handling freight and warehouse operations. The role involves working in temperatures ranging from 35°F to -15°F and adapting to flexible scheduling needs in a 7-day-a-week operation. Experienced candidates are strongly preferred, and limited training is available.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to thrive in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work different days and shifts as operational needs require.
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse experience; experienced candidates are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, select, and move freight.
- Operate equipment and perform palletizing, repacking, and auditing.
- Maintain housekeeping and follow all safety standards.
