About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to contribute to warehouse operations. The role focuses on quality, following safety protocols, and helping maintain a productive and secure work environment. Package Handlers unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP code, and load delivery trucks while working collaboratively with the operations team. The position is based at 1816 B West Pointe Dr., Charlotte, NC 28214, and pays $18.00 per hour. Shifts are Monday through Thursday, 1:00 AM to 6:30 AM, or Saturday through Friday, 1:00 AM to 6:30 AM, ending when the sort and required cleanup are complete. Hours may vary based on business needs.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic spoken and written English proficiency to understand safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to remain on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in warehouse heat and cold as temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities
