About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports the team and customers by accurately and safely receiving and pulling orders in a fast-paced environment. The position is based at SCP McKinney in McKinney, Texas, and works Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The role includes warehouse order fulfillment, shipment and inventory tasks, delivery support, forklift operation, and keeping the facility clean and safe. This is a safety-sensitive position. External offers are contingent on successful pre-employment drug testing and background verifications.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Be able to follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Prior forklift experience.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor, or warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, fill, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assist with loading the delivery truck.
• Receive shipments, record them in inventory, and maintain inventory through audits.
• Communicate positively with supervisors, sales staff, coworkers, and customers to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintain required certification, perform vehicle safety checks, and report discrepancies to a supervisor.
• Help keep the facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
