About The Position

The Dixon Group is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join their team in Kansas City, MO. This role involves accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, receiving and stocking products, and maintaining organized inventory using handheld scanners and an automated warehouse management system. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, has a strong work ethic, and is ready to adapt to changing warehouse needs. Previous warehouse experience is preferred, and flexibility and eagerness to learn are highly valued. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. during your shift
• Dependable and proactive with a strong sense of urgency
• Solid reading and basic math skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Flexible and eager to take on new challenges

Responsibilities
