About The Position

AERO Logistics LLC is hiring a part-time Warehouse Associate for its Atlanta, Georgia team. The associate helps keep warehouse operations running smoothly by safely handling incoming and outgoing shipments, checking products for damage, documenting and tracking shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area. The role involves completing accurate paperwork, following safety policies and company procedures, assisting teammates as needed, and interacting professionally with customers and drivers.

The regular schedule is Friday through Monday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Hours and shift assignments may occasionally change to meet customer needs, with as much advance notice as possible. Compensation is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience, including operating a sit-down forklift.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work Friday through Monday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; hours and shift assignments may occasionally change.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and squat, twist, and bend regularly.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with paperwork.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Safety-minded and alert on the floor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sign for incoming deliveries.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products for damage and document any issues.
• Process and track incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
• Organize and store received items in their proper locations.
• Follow inventory control procedures and maintain accurate counts.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of clutter and debris.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and delivery details.
• Complete paperwork and reports carefully and accurately.
• Follow all safety policies and company procedures.
• Assist the team wherever needed and perform other duties as assigned.
• Interact with customers and drivers in a friendly, professional manner.
