About The Position

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory control, receiving, stocking, and material staging. This role is suited to candidates who enjoy hands-on work, have basic computer skills, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will help maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, prepare orders for shipment, and ensure the warehouse remains organized, safe, and productive.

Requirements

• Demonstrated employment stability, preferably with at least one year of tenure in each of the last three positions.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills, including email usage, data entry, and basic typing proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to workplace safety.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, material handling, or cycle counting.
• Sit-down forklift experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn inventory and warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage customer orders for shipment.
• Prepare and organize orders accurately for delivery.
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse locations.
• Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, organized, secure, and safe.
• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
