About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving. The role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries. It is primarily based in the branch or warehouse, with minimal to no travel, and has no direct reports. Work takes place in a warehouse environment that may involve noise and hot or cold temperatures. Personal protective equipment is required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to lift and handle freight or materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English; bilingual Spanish may be required in specific locations.
Comfort using basic math in daily tasks.
At least 1 year of experience in a distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience or certification; training and certification can be obtained after hire through company training.

Responsibilities

Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up or delivery.
Load and unload delivery trucks.
Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
Rotate stock and report damaged or missing items.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
