About The Position
Under supervision, perform and support warehouse and distribution activities, including picking, packing, receiving, boxing, shipping, processing paperwork, counting, and other related tasks. The role supports inventory management, customer order fulfillment, warehouse maintenance, documentation, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- 1–3 years of warehouse experience.
- Ability to meet the stated physical demands, including constantly lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and inspecting for damage.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and update records to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Ensure shipping orders are accurately documented and labeled.
- Use shipping software to coordinate the shipment of goods.
- Perform boxing functions as part of the kitting process.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by cleaning and organizing storage areas.
- Follow safety protocols to help ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and receipts.
- Assist in preparing reports on inventory levels, shortages, and other warehouse activities.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
- Comply with all GMP requirements.
