About The Position
Wismettac Asian Foods is looking for a dependable, safety-minded Warehouse Associate to join their team. This role supports fast-paced food distribution operations and plays an important part in ensuring customers receive quality products accurately and on time. As a Warehouse Associate working in a freezer environment, you will help support daily warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a freezer environment with sub-zero temperatures
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
- Attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or food handling experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders
- Receiving, stocking, staging, and organizing inventory
- Operating pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
- Loading and unloading products
- Following FIFO inventory practices and food safety standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Working efficiently in a temperature-controlled freezer environment
