About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role includes operating sit-down forklifts and cherry pickers/order pickers, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse activities. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a consistent work history, reliable attendance, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Requirements

At least 6 months of recent sit-down forklift experience.
At least 6 months of recent cherry picker/order picker experience operating at heights up to 30–40 feet.
Comfort working at elevated heights.
Stable work history with reliable attendance and performance.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, bend, twist, pull, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Strong work ethic, dependability, and self-motivation.
Knowledge of warehouse safety practices.

Nice To Haves

Experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, or distribution operations.
Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn inventory and warehouse processes.
Experience with additional material handling or warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
Verify incoming materials against shipping documentation.
Pull, stage, and prepare customer and intercompany orders for shipment.
Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Operate sit-down forklifts and cherry pickers/order pickers at heights of 30–40 feet.
Assist with inventory control, cycle counting, and stock replenishment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization.
Ensure orders are picked, staged, and shipped accurately and on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Follow warehouse safety procedures and operational standards.
