About The Position

In a warehouse environment, perform a variety of activities related to the storage and shipping of raw material and/or finished product in order to support the overall operation and exceed customer expectations. We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our 1st shift team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and a safety-first mindset to play a critical role in warehouse operations and inventory support.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Basic computer skills
Familiarity with scanning technology
Strong commitment to safety
Previous warehouse experience
Ability to use handheld measuring tools
Computer proficiency beyond the basic level

Responsibilities

Perform sorting, stacking, cleaning, washing, stocking, and inspection of cartons, pallets, or parts.
Assist in filling and packaging orders while completing associated paperwork accurately.
Operate cranes, forklifts, and material handling equipment to move and deliver stock.
Support machine operators with tasks needed to maintain production flow.
Carry out general clean-up duties to maintain a safe, organized workspace.
Ensure all equipment remains in working condition and report issues immediately.
Train new employees as assigned.
Participate in and support all safety, health, quality, and Lean initiatives.
Work directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery.
Uphold and demonstrate TKMNA Employee Attributes and Competencies.
