About The Position

Mid-Am Building Supply is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate to join their team. This full-time role, with a schedule of Monday-Friday from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. and a pay rate of $18/hr, involves loading outbound trucks, stocking inbound materials, assisting with inventory counts, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have experience with forklift operation. Mid-Am Building Supply is a premier wholesale distributor of building products to America's Heartland, offering quick access to a vast inventory through four strategically located warehouses. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and understand written instructions and shipping documents
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Able to pass a forklift operator’s test following standard training

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with building materials is a plus

Responsibilities

• Stock incoming materials in designated warehouse locations
• Pull customer orders accurately from inventory
• Load company and customer vehicles with outbound materials
• Safely operate a forklift to handle materials
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse (sweeping, trash removal, etc.)
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures (e.g., PPE, Lock Out/Tag Out)
• Assist with regular inventory counts
