About The Position

Johnson Brothers is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate at its new facility in Garner, North Carolina. The role involves receiving, storing, and selecting alcoholic beverage products in a fast-paced distribution environment. The associate supports inventory accuracy, safe warehouse operations, product quality, and customer satisfaction while working independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to operate scanning devices.
Ability to work independently, be self-managed and motivated, and meet deadlines.
Ability to safely lift 40–60 pounds repeatedly.
High school diploma or GED equivalent, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive products from suppliers and verify incoming inventory using scanning devices.
Put away inbound freight pallets in racked and bulk locations.
Replenish locations for selection.
Use the Warehouse Management System barcode scanning system to account for and locate products accurately.
Remove damaged products from inventory and handle them according to procedures.
Safely operate manual and powered equipment.
Complete the forklift certification program.
Select orders following standard processes.
Follow safety and cleanliness protocols.
Perform other assigned warehouse duties and activities.
