As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be part of our team located in Northlake, TX. You’ll get to: Pick products from designated locations according to pick label requirements. Obtain products from repack locations, ensuring they meet quality standards. Place products onto conveyors and/or pallets as needed for processing or shipment. Build pallets according to patterns. Demonstrate careful attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks. Maintain a clean, debris-free, and safe work area at all times. Perform other assignments as assigned to support overall operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Proficiency with WMS or similar distribution software.
Physical ability to regularly stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, and lift/move 10 lbs., regularly and up to 45lbs., occasionally.
Above average attendance and ability to achieve productivity and quality standards.
Adaptability to change assignments as directed and resilience to work in environments occasionally exposed to extreme temperatures.

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of experience in distributions or warehouse environments preferred.
