As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be part of our team located in Northlake, TX. You’ll get to: Pick products from designated locations according to pick label requirements. Obtain products from repack locations, ensuring they meet quality standards. Place products onto conveyors and/or pallets as needed for processing or shipment. Build pallets according to patterns. Demonstrate careful attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks. Maintain a clean, debris-free, and safe work area at all times. Perform other assignments as assigned to support overall operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Proficiency with WMS or similar distribution software.
  • Physical ability to regularly stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, and lift/move 10 lbs., regularly and up to 45lbs., occasionally.
  • Above average attendance and ability to achieve productivity and quality standards.
  • Adaptability to change assignments as directed and resilience to work in environments occasionally exposed to extreme temperatures.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of experience in distributions or warehouse environments preferred.
