About The Position

As a Cycle Counter - Inventory, you’ll be part of our team located in Northlake, TX. You’ll get to: Conduct regular physical cycle counts using RDT equipment and perform end-of-line audits on outgoing products across all warehouse functions. Investigate inventory discrepancies, analyze root causes, and make necessary physical inventory adjustments. Follow all work instructions, ISO standards, and maintain thorough knowledge of distribution center processes and procedures. Communicate inventory-related issues and report quality defects promptly to the operations team and appropriate personnel. Accurately document all defects, findings, and inventory adjustments. Support other distribution center functions and perform additional duties assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution setting, with the ability to obtain forklift certification.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and attention to detail skills; familiarity with product catalog numbers and handling requirements.
  • Broad knowledge of distribution center methods, procedures, safety regulations, and forklift operation protocols.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and regularly lift/move up to 10 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.; willingness to work in environments with occasional extreme temperatures.
  • Ability to operate a stand-up forklift, High Reach and an Order (Cherry) Picker, and work in a scanner-directed role while meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an understanding of daily goals and the ability to maximize warehouse capacity.
