Warehouse Associate (Warehouse Night)
About The Position
Imperial Brady is hiring a Warehouse Associate for its Hialeah, Florida warehouse. Warehouse Associates select and locate merchandise, fulfill customer orders using pick tickets or an RF scanner, build pallets efficiently, and bring skids to the correct locations or trucks. The role also includes loading and unloading and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization. This is a night-shift position scheduled Sunday through Thursday from 6:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., or until the shift is completed. The position works in a collaborative, team environment and may include other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
- At least 1 year of high-volume order-selecting experience.
- At least 1 year of experience using a ride-on electric pallet jack.
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds comfortably and unassisted.
- Collaborative, team-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Review incoming material orders and pick tickets.
- Locate materials on warehouse shelves.
- Place materials on an order picker, forklift, or pallet jack.
- Deliver items to the loading area to be wrapped and placed on a delivery truck.
- Unload trucks.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Fulfill customer orders, build pallets, and bring skids to the correct locations or trucks.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
