About The Position

Christian Home Services is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Associate to support our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical teams during the summer months. This paid internship is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in operations, logistics, and the skilled trades while supporting essential residential services.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable driving company vehicles and making deliveries to job sites
Valid driver’s license and at least 21 years old (per company policy)
Ability to lift and move parts and equipment as required
Interest in logistics, operations, warehouse support, or the skilled trades

Nice To Haves

Prior warehouse, parts, or trade-support experience is a plus, but not required
ServiceTitan experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Sourcing and coordinating parts and materials for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical technicians
Supporting the warehouse by receiving, organizing, and putting away inventory
Delivering parts and equipment to technicians in the field as needed
Assisting with inventory tracking and stock organization
Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
Communicating effectively with technicians, vendors, and internal team members
