About The Position

True Heating & Cooling in Westminster, CO is searching for a full-time HVAC Warehouse Manager to take charge of the material flow that powers our field operations. As an HVAC Warehouse Manager, you will manage the purchasing and ordering of HVAC equipment, parts, and materials, ensuring everything needed for upcoming installs and service jobs is staged and ready for our technicians. You will oversee all aspects of inventory management, including tracking, organization, and replenishment, while maintaining accurate job costing and material usage records. Your day will also involve coordinating deliveries, handling returns, and building strong relationships with vendors. Throughout it all, you will keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficiently organized, making sure every detail is accounted for and every job is supported from start to finish.
