About The Position

Grove Collaborative is hiring Warehouse Associates at its Elizabethtown Fulfillment Center. This is a temp-to-hire position with full-time and part-time schedules available. Associates unload incoming product and are trained to work in either picking or packing production areas. In those areas, they help fulfill customer orders and meet daily performance goals using RF scanners or computers. The work takes place in a warehouse with seasonal temperature variation and equipment, forklifts, large trucks, and loud noise.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally able to work in the United States.
• Be willing to submit a background check report.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, and squat continually for shifts of 10 hours or longer per day.
• Be able to push and pull carts and lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds during a shift.
• Be able to reach above shoulder level frequently.
• Be willing to work in a warehouse with seasonal temperature variation, equipment, forklifts, large trucks, and loud noise.

Responsibilities

• Unload containers of product from trucks in the warehouse Inbound area.
• Work in either the picking or packing production area after training.
• Use an RF scanner to pick orders and meet daily performance goals and targets.
• Pack customer orders quickly, securely, and efficiently, and label boxes for shipping using a computer.
• Help maintain an organized and clean warehouse.
• Comply with OSHA and other safety regulations and follow company work guidelines.
