About The Position

The Dixon Group is looking for a part-time Warehouse Associate to join our team in Itasca, IL. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of responsibilities, including accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, receiving and stocking products, and maintaining organized inventory using handheld scanners and our automated warehouse management system. We’re looking for dependable, proactive team players with a strong work ethic, and a readiness to adapt to changing warehouse needs. Previous warehouse experience is preferred— if you’re flexible, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we want to hear from you! Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. during your shift
• Dependable and proactive with a strong sense of urgency
• Flexible and eager to take on new challenges
• Solid reading and basic math skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
