About The Position

A Warehouse Associate performs tasks related to branch retail trailer parts and accessory sales, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and coordination with service teams. The role involves serving branch customers, managing parts orders and inventory, supporting service work, and following company standards for parts ordering and delivery. The position also includes safely driving company vehicles and providing effective customer service to customers and vendors.

Requirements

• Ability to perform data entry, organize inventory, use power tools, and drive a company vehicle and/or forklift.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.
• Favorable background screening, physical and drug screening, and proof of work authorization in the United States are required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate parts and accessory sales to branch customers by phone and in person.
• Order parts, post parts to service orders, pull customer orders, prepare price estimates, and assist with part cycle counts.
• Read and understand job orders and ensure corrective action and documentation of parts ordering and delivery processes meet company standards.
• Safely drive company vehicles.
• Communicate with customers and vendors and resolve issues effectively.
• Assist with installs of trailer parts and components, including cross members, panels, posts, rails, door equipment, flooring, lights, wiring, brakes, valves, airlines, wheel-end components, landing gear, and frame assembly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
