About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate at a Fanatics Fulfillment Center, you will help ensure fan gear is picked, packed, and delivered accurately and quickly. You will pick, pack, scan, receive, store, organize, and ship products in a fast-paced warehouse environment while upholding safety, quality, and accuracy standards. The role supports fulfillment operations through effective use of RF technology and warehouse systems, reliable execution, and a focus on the fan experience. You will maintain consistent productivity across 8–10-hour shifts, adapt to changing priorities and peak-season demand, and contribute to workflow improvements. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, communicate clearly, and follow instructions with minimal supervision. The position requires standing for 8–10 hours per shift, walking up to 10 miles per day, and lifting merchandise up to 25 pounds. Work takes place in an active warehouse with varying temperatures and conditions; flexible scheduling and availability for overtime during peak seasons are required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Fluency in English reading and verbal communication is required.
Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift and walk up to 10 miles per day.
Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
Willingness and capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment or manufacturing environment with varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately with minimal supervision.
Teamwork, determination, and ability to complete tasks correctly and efficiently.
Availability for a flexible schedule, including overtime demands during peak seasons.

Responsibilities
