About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports Cencora’s U.S. distribution services through its AmerisourceBergen business. The role involves fulfilling customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, tracking and verifying products, and keeping the work area clean. The position is based in a climate-controlled facility and requires working the listed evening and night schedule, with overtime as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working, and dependable, with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work the listed shift hours and overtime; overtime is mandatory in most Distribution Centers to support real-time delivery.
• Able to perform repetitive manual tasks consistently.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively; products vary in weight and size.
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift; steps vary by role and shift.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred (1 year or less).
• Able to work with RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stock and restock products; pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counts and research inventory discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work-related injuries.
• Depending on shift assignment, verify received products against receiving documents and report discrepancies or obvious damage.
