As a Warehouse & Procurement Associate, you’ll be responsible for keeping our warehouse running efficiently and supporting purchasing to ensure materials arrive on time. This dual role gives you the chance to make a measurable impact across the company.

Requirements

• A self-starter with motivation to build a career, not just punch a clock.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating with vendors and internal teams.
• Tech-friendly (inventory systems, spreadsheets, email).
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet.
• Dependable, positive, and committed to teamwork.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or purchasing is helpful, but we’ll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, organizing, staging, and issuing materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and tracking systems.
• Assist with procurement: placing orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with vendors.
• Work with project managers and field teams to ensure materials are ready when and where they’re needed.
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (training provided if needed).
• Look for opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and add value.
• Manage online store including sales and inventory
