About The Position

STS360, a leader in security located here in Dallas specializing in the Public Sector’s State, Local, and Educational physical security needs, is seeking an operations focused Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, tracking, staging, and issuing materials, equipment, and inventory. This role helps ensure that field technicians, project teams, and service departments have the correct parts and materials available to complete work efficiently and on schedule. The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or parts management. Experience with ConnectWise is preferred but not required.

Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or parts management.
  • Ability to receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming materials.
  • Basic inventory control and cycle-count experience.
  • Ability to pull, stage, and prepare materials for projects and service tickets.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to track parts, tools, equipment, and returns.
  • Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and inventory systems.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with technicians, project managers, vendors, and office staff.
  • Ability to lift, move, and organize warehouse materials safely.
  • Dependable, organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to safely lift and carry warehouse materials and follow all company safety procedures.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and communication are key.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using ConnectWise, ERP, or ticketing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and verifying shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and project requirements, including checking for damage, missing items, incorrect parts, and properly reporting discrepancies.
  • Organize warehouse inventory, tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
  • Pull and stage materials for upcoming projects, service calls, and installations.
  • Issue parts and equipment to technicians and document material movement.
  • Track returned materials, defective equipment, RMAs, and warranty items.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, project management, and service teams to support daily operations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
  • Prepare equipment and materials for pickup, delivery, or shipment.
  • Update inventory or ticketing systems as required.
  • Assist with vehicle stock, tool tracking, and material audits.
  • Support company procedures for material handling, safety and documentation.
  • May be responsible for updating material status, assigning parts to service tickets or projects, reviewing work orders, and helping maintain accurate records inside ConnectWise.
