- Education & Experience: High school Diploma or General Education Degree
Responsibilities
- Self-starter and eager to stay consistently busy
- Ability to navigate a personal computer and handheld inventory computer/scanner.
- Loads and unloads trailers by hand
- Demonstrate aptitude and ability to shift between many different job responsibilities as workflow dictates.
- Packs customer orders for shipment
- Sort items to correct stores
- Routinely audit product locations and inventory for best accuracy practices
- Selects and verifies product for fulfillment and moves to the correct area for shipping
- Receive and organize merchandise
- Handle incoming merchandise with efficiency to assure correct counts
- Maintains work area by cleaning as needed
- Operate pallet jack to move shipments between platforms, storage and work areas
- Able to obtain forklift certification within a timeframe set by leadership
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Perform work efficiently and effectively with a high level of accuracy in a fast paced environment
- Strive for continuous personal and professional improvement in the workplace
- Ability to communicate with fellow associates in a courteous and professional manner
- Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and problem solving skills
- Maintain an orderly appearance of personal work space and surrounding areas
