About The Position

Under direct supervision, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the full warehouse operation cycle—from receiving and inventory control to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders—while maintaining Incora’s high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to follow written specifications with high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse systems (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Employees must meet ITAR requirements. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees as defined by ITAR regulations. Proof of U.S. person status will be required upon conditional offer.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of warehouse, inventory, or shipping experience
  • Forklift certification and current license
  • Familiarity with DOT and EPA guidelines for hazardous materials
  • Experience with RF scanning systems

Responsibilities

  • Receive material from vendors and accurately enter data into warehouse systems
  • Count, verify, and record inventory to ensure accuracy
  • Pick, stock, and move materials using RF scanning systems
  • Weigh and/or hand‑count products per customer and warehouse specifications
  • Prepare and print required labels
  • Return remaining product to proper storage locations
  • Count, bag, label, and package material for shipment
  • Utilize carrier and third‑party shipping systems
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Investigate, reconcile, and document inventory discrepancies
  • Meet quality and productivity metrics, including on‑time delivery and customer acceptance rates
  • Follow all safety regulations and maintain a hazard‑free work environment
  • Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, drum dollies, forklifts, order pickers) when trained and certified
  • Participate in departmental meetings, training, and cross‑training activities
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, FAR, EPA, DOT, RCRA, and other applicable regulations.
