The Production Worker is responsible for the accurate receiving, storing, assembly, packing, shipping and mailing of Maritz and client supplied goods/products.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited high school or GED.
  • Previous warehouse/production worker experience (1-3 years)
  • Detail oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds required.
  • Willingness to work overtime and/or irregular hours, as needed

Responsibilities

  • Pick orders for shipment and assemble various types of merchandise and collateral materials to be shipped.
  • Move product to storage areas with proper equipment and efficiently stack and store the merchandise in appropriate areas.
  • Check or count freight, and received and picked goods for accuracy.
  • Operates any materials handling, bindery or mail/shipping preparation equipment safely and efficiently as required.
  • Load and unload freight in an efficient and safe manner.
