About The Position

The Warehouse Associate fills customer orders and delivers them to the pack/QA staging area while meeting company standards for safety, security, and productivity. The role is responsible for ensuring that picked orders are complete and correct. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. When overtime is necessary, the schedule may shift to 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some Saturdays may be required, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and additional overtime may be necessary.

This position starts at $19 per hour and includes a benefits package with health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off accrual, and 401(k) matching after one year of employment. A negative pre-employment drug test, including marijuana, and successful completion of a background check and E-Verify check are required for employment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, or similar computer software systems.
• Ability to accurately perform arithmetic computations needed for the job.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow directions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Ability to count accurately, perform simple math, and write legibly.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, as well as kneel, squat, bend, and reach.
• Must obtain a negative pre-employment drug test result, including marijuana.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and E-Verify check.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment and ensure product style, size, and quantity are accurate.
• Assemble merchandise for shipment.
• Carry or transport orders to shipping locations using material handling equipment.
• Meet company productivity standards.
• Inspect equipment daily and perform minor maintenance.
• Conduct physical inventories as required.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse security.
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
• Comply with OSHA standards.
