Full-Time Warehouse Associate (MON-FRI)
About The Position
The Order Puller is responsible for pulling and packing orders correctly while meeting productivity and accuracy standards. This role is a full-time, non-exempt position with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 12pm - 8:30pm. The position is located onsite at 15400 South Green Road, Olathe, KS 66061. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read and speak English.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Ability to operate a warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Must be comfortable using electronic devices.
- Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately.
- Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information.
- Must be flexible with start and departure time changing.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
- Ability to work independently without close supervision.
- Responsible for any additional duties assigned.
- Must be able to wear proper safety equipment if required (examples include safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest).
Responsibilities
- Prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals.
- Follow and commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirements.
- Prepare and pack goods for shipment.
- Report and record any discrepancy, damaged items, shortages, broken or unidentified packages to the supervisor.
- Operates machinery including pallet jack, and stock chaser.
- Contributes to a culture and environment focused daily on employee safety and a safe work environment.
- Performs inventory counts and reconciles any discrepancies.
- Train in Will Call and other customer service duties as required.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of Distribution Center.
- Assists with other warehouse or branch duties as needed.
- Must be willing to cross train.
