We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate ready to grow into a leadership role. Requirements

3+ years of warehouse experience required.
Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
Good computer skills and Microsoft Excel knowledge is a MUST.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification or experience preferred (or willingness to become certified).
Leadership experience or experience training others is a plus.
Familiarity with warehouse systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Load and unload incoming shipments.
Maintain organized inventory and warehouse locations.
Operate warehouse equipment safely.
Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
Help train and support new team members.
Work alongside warehouse leadership to improve workflow and productivity.
Lead by example through a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as you grow within the company.
