About The Position
Grove Collaborative is a sustainability-focused consumer products company creating household and personal care essentials that are effective, beautifully designed, and healthier for people and the planet. We are hosting a job fair at our Elizabethtown, PA Fulfillment Center on Thursday, August 13th 2026 from 9-2pm. Walk ins are strongly encouraged! (Please note that all offers of employment are contingent on successfully completing a background check).
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally able to work in the United States
- Willing to submit a background check report
Responsibilities
- Unload containers of product from trucks in the Inbound area of the warehouse
- Be trained to be in either the picking or packing production areas
- Meet daily performance goals and targets for customer orders using an RF scanner or computer
- Pack customer orders quickly, securely, efficiently, and label boxes for shipping
- Help maintain an organized and clean warehouse
- Comply with OSHA and other safety regulations
- Follow company guidelines regarding your work
