About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift) at Irving, TX 75038. As a Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift), you will perform daily warehouse operations in a climate-controlled facility. This role involves picking, packing, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing RF handheld scanners for inventory and order processing. You will also conduct inventory counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and verify part numbers and lot numbers to ensure quality and accuracy. Support shipping and receiving activities, handle packaging, material movement, and order preparation. Maintain organized work areas and follow all warehouse safety procedures. Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity, quality, and attendance goals. Follow established processes and work instructions with attention to detail.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.
Experience with Order fulfillment
Experience with Order picking/pulling
Experience with Shipping and receiving
Experience with Inventory management
Experience with RF scanner utilization.
Strong attention to detail, especially when verifying part numbers and lot numbers.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience is a plus.
