Warehouse Associate
About The Position
On-Board PMO is hiring full-time Warehouse Associates for a local manufacturing entity in Fairfield, Ohio. The role involves receiving and processing stock and materials, fulfilling customer orders, operating warehouse equipment, inspecting products, maintaining inventory records, and keeping work areas safe and organized. The schedule is Monday through Friday on the day shift, with occasional overtime as needed. Compensation is $20.00 per hour. Forklift retraining on the employer’s equipment and documentation is provided if needed. Applicants must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills, including reading and speaking.
- Ability to lift, move, and stack products throughout the shift.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.

Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience; onsite retraining is provided for the employer’s equipment and documentation.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems.
