Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid forklift license and prior forklift operating experience.
  • Capable of safely lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 75 lbs. repeatedly.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with lumber or panel products is considered an asset.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and stack products safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy in quantity and product type.
  • Handle freight and secure loads in compliance with established safety standards.
  • Tag, mark, or label stock items and place them in the correct storage locations.
  • Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
  • Update inventory records in the ERP system accurately and promptly.
  • Report any inventory discrepancies to management.
  • Keep the work area organized and compliant with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Additional duties as required.
