Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Minimum 3 months combined work history.
Ability to pass background checks and investigations due to foreign, federal, state and local regulations; based on position responsibility and sensitivity, periodic check and reinvestigations may be performed.
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner.
Is committed to working scheduled hours and has the flexibility to work additional hours based on changing business needs.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization.
Flexible, with a positive attitude and passion for knowledge.
Possesses focused attention to detail while working quickly and accurately under pressure.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience working in a Distribution Center or warehouse environment is preferred.
Knowledge of various distribution systems such as labor management system, radio frequency devices and voice picking preferred.

Responsibilities

Loading and securing product on trucks for store replenishment.
Maintaining accuracy while pulling, packing, and loading product.
Utilizing voice picking to accurately fulfill customer or store replenishment orders.
Understanding all areas of the outbound process, including Direct to Customer (e-commerce) and Store Replenishment.
Receiving, inspecting, processing, and accepting merchandise into the Distribution Center.
Checking in freight and ensuring accuracy of products received.
Stowing product throughout the Distribution Center ensuring accuracy.
Operating motorized and non-motorized equipment (certification required).
Consistently meeting all Labor Management and productivity standards.
Maintaining a clean and safe Distribution Center, adhering to safety policies and procedures.
Training and supporting other departments throughout the Distribution Center as needed.
Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
Arriving promptly to work the assigned schedule.
Maintaining discretion related to all confidential/sensitive company and customer information.
