About The Position

Fastenal is hiring a part-time Warehouse Associate for its branch at 11221 Cutten Rd, Houston, TX 77066. The role supports branch operations by handling products as they enter and leave the facility and managing inventory. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for 10–28 hours per week. A flexible schedule may be available after onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. Training includes on-the-job, online, instructor-led classroom, and virtual learning intended to build the knowledge and skills needed to succeed and grow with the company. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Hold a current, full, valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, including completion of any applicable graduated licensing program, and meet the company's driving-record requirements to use a company vehicle as needed.
Have proficient written and oral communication skills.
Have proficient computer skills.
Be able to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritization abilities.
Be highly motivated, self-directed, and customer-service oriented.
Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Be able to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and sometimes up to 75 pounds.
Pass the required drug screen where applicable in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
