About The Position
Boden Warehouse Associates work in an upbeat, fast-paced team environment to fulfill and process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner while reflecting Boden brand expectations. This full-time, second-shift position is based at 180 Armstrong Road, Pittston, PA 18640, and is scheduled Monday through Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. The pay rate is $19.10 per hour, with opportunities to earn additional money through productivity incentives. Mandatory overtime is not required. The role performs varied warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, shipping, processing and refurbishing returns, handling merchandise, receiving deliveries, and checking garment quality. Associates follow departmental processes, meet productivity goals, maintain accuracy and attendance, keep work areas safe and organized, and collaborate with teammates. Flexibility to work in different areas of the warehouse is expected.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Basic computer skills.
- Familiarity with wireless handheld devices.
- Ability to understand and adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Carry out warehouse tasks that support timely and efficient fulfillment and processing of customer orders.
- Pick customer and wholesale orders.
- Pack and ship customer and wholesale orders.
- Process and refurbish returned merchandise.
- Stock, audit, replenish, relocate, and ticket merchandise.
- Receive deliveries and unload and unpack merchandise.
- Perform quality checks on garments.
- Follow applicable departmental processes.
- Meet and maintain set productivity goals.
- Perform tasks accurately and on time while keeping error rates to a minimum.
- Demonstrate acceptable workplace behaviors and maintain acceptable attendance standards.
- Clean and organize work areas to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the team and contribute positively across warehouse areas to improve efficiencies.
- Remain flexible and willing to perform a variety of warehouse tasks.
